Do you ship worldwide?

We ship to the United States and Canada.

How can I cancel my order?

We are not able to modify or edit an order after it has been placed. Once an order is placed, it can no longer be cancelled.

When will my order arrive?

    Your delivery estimate is based on your purchase date and your choice of shipping method. We will keep you updated via email on the progress of your order. Please refer to shipping policy for shipping methods and estimated delivery times based on country.

    How can I track my order?

    Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a link to track the order on the carrier's website. By clicking the link, you will be able to check the status of your order once is in transit. If your order has not arrived please contact customer care at info@lisbonthelabel.com

     

    My tracking status says my orders been delivered, but I haven't received my order?

    First verify the shipping address. Also be sure to check around your house or apartment for package. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the delivery carrier (United States Postal Service, UPS, or DHL – depending on the shipping method selected) and address the issue directly with them. Lisbon The Label does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
